These protectors feature a rigid central zone surrounded by a flexible soft compound, complemented by soft bio-foam padding for enhanced adaptability. The chest protector's flexible side wings work in tandem with the bio-foam to mold perfectly to your body shape, ensuring a snug fit.
Ventilation is a key focus, with the central zones of both protectors featuring a highly perforated impact grid that allows for maximum airflow. In fact, 17% of the structure is dedicated to ventilation apertures, effectively channeling heat away from the chest to keep you cool. The anatomically profiled back protector is not only highly ventilated but also flexible, providing unrestricted movement.
For secure positioning, the protectors are equipped with adjustable shoulder straps and a unique easy-on-off design. The removable chest protector includes a magnetic quick-release buckle on the left shoulder for effortless access, while adjustable V-belts ensure a comfortable fit by distributing tightening forces evenly across the back protector. Additional coverage is provided by rib guards, strategically designed to protect critical areas.
Customization is further enhanced with V-straps on the lower forearm and back protector, allowing for a tailored fit that keeps elbow protectors securely in place. The use of race-proven breathable and stretchable textiles in the base layer construction ensures durability and comfort, while strategically placed EVA foam padding on the upper arms and chest offers improved roost defense.
