Our diverse selection includes various types tailored to meet specific application needs. The Extreme Sealing Technology (EST) gaskets feature embossed steel construction, enhanced with a proprietary rubber material or solid copper, ensuring a robust seal. For added support, our Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) gaskets incorporate two outer layers of Viton®-coated embossed spring steel surrounding a durable inner steel layer.
The CFM gaskets utilize a composite material with a laminated steel tang center, providing exceptional heat tolerance and a long-lasting seal without the risk of delamination. Our Aluminum Foamette Material (AFM) gaskets boast an aluminum core with a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber coating, eliminating the need for gasket sealer.
For heavy-duty applications, the Single-Layer Steel (SLS) gaskets feature a stainless steel core with embossed outer surfaces, ensuring a tight seal between the steel layer and mating surfaces. Additionally, our Viton® gaskets are designed with a stainless steel core and a .001”-thick Viton rubber coating on both sides for enhanced durability.
