Introducing our high-performance motorcycle axle, designed for superior durability and enhanced articulation. This axle features a dual plunge design that allows for wide articulation angles, effectively preventing binding during operation. It is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and specific a-arms from various brands.
Engineered for strength, this axle boasts a 10% to 15% increase in CV joint size compared to standard joints, and a 15% to 20% increase in diameter over OEM axles. Constructed from dual heat-treated high-strength chromoly steel shafts, it ensures maximum resilience under demanding conditions. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are filled with high-load molybdenum grease, providing excellent protection and longevity.
The inner cage is crafted from 4340 chromoly material, and the entire assembly is precision CNC machined for a perfect fit. This axle serves as a direct OE replacement, making it an ideal choice for those looking to upgrade their motorcycle's performance and reliability.
