Introducing our premium brake line kit, featuring top-quality clear-coated stainless steel-braided or black vinyl-coated stainless steel/braided brake lines. This comprehensive set includes banjo bolts, brake line fittings, and crush washers, all designed to deliver consistent and reliable performance for your motorcycle. The banjo bolts and fittings are crafted from chrome-plated steel and are sold separately, ensuring you can customize your setup to your needs.
Each brake line features chrome-plated AN-3 ends and is proudly made in the U.S.A. For compatibility, '04-'16 XL models utilize metric 10 mm x 1.25" and 12 mm x 1.50" banjo bolts, washers, and fittings, while all Big Twin models (excluding '08-'16 Dressers) and pre-'04 XL models use standard 3/8" and 7/16" banjo bolts, washers, and fittings. Notably, fittings and washers labeled as 3/8"/10 mm can be used interchangeably, providing versatility for your motorcycle's braking system.
