These tappets are crafted from premium billet bearing steel, ensuring durability and reliability. For optimal performance, we recommend fitting the tappets to the blocks with a precise clearance of .0007" to .0012".
Engineered with a true center-line, these tappets guarantee enhanced roller life and exact cam timing. The state-of-the-art pushrod seat features a segmented parabolic cup, mirroring the design of JIMS® roller rockers for superior functionality. Each hydraulic unit is meticulously hand-fitted to achieve a running fit of just .0002", utilizing an ultra-precision air gauging system for unmatched accuracy.
