Compatible with chains from all major brands, including DID, Regina, and RK, the KTW 2.5 is versatile and user-friendly.

The tool features two interchangeable arbors to accommodate different chain diameters, with a robust pre-installed arbor suitable for 5xx and 6xx chains, and an additional arbor specifically for 4xx chains. All you need is a 19mm ring or socket wrench to get started.

One of the standout features of the KTW 2.5 is its patented magnetic positioning tool, which simplifies the assembly of the connecting link. This innovative design includes two magnetic plates that securely hold the connecting link in place, allowing for hands-free operation. The plates act as a limit stop, ensuring that the side plate is positioned correctly without the risk of over-insertion. Clear cut-outs in the push plate provide visual confirmation of proper alignment, making the assembly process quick and stress-free.

Additionally, the KTW 2.5 is equipped to handle full rivet locks with the optional rivet head molder extension set (Part No. 130.250). This extension allows for convenient handling by simply replacing the guide of the pin punch with the rivet head molder guide, ensuring efficient and effective riveting.

Designed for chain sizes 520, 525, 530, 532, 630, and 632, the KTW 2.5 also includes an adapter for compatibility with smaller chain sizes such as 415, 420, and 428.
