The built-in relays prevent overloading of the factory lighting circuit, making it an essential addition for 2009 and later Harley models that utilize conventional incandescent lighting, which requires higher amperage than LED setups.
The harness is equipped with a durable 5-pin, die-cast automotive-style connector and mounts easily using a bracket that bolts directly to the safety chain bracket on current production Khrome Werks trailer hitches.
