The innovative compound sole offers exceptional performance, with replaceable footpeg inserts for extended longevity. Crafted from advanced microfiber material, the upper is both flexible and abrasion-resistant, reinforced with Polyurethane (PU) for enhanced water resistance and lightweight durability.
The boot features a Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) shin plate and medial protection, constructed as a single unit for maximum stability. Its anatomically profiled design includes a dual closure system with an internal microfiber flap and a precision adjustable buckle, ensuring a secure and customized fit. The wide entry aperture allows for easy access and accommodates a broad range of calf sizes.
For added safety, the TPU medial side panel is equipped with a honeycomb rubber insert, providing excellent grip against the bike while protecting against impacts. The innovative buckle closure system features high-impact aluminum bridge closures with memory settings, allowing for quick release and precise adjustments, with all buckles being replaceable.
The contoured calf protector plate is injected with high modulus polymer for impact resistance and incorporates Alpinestars' blade flex system, enhancing control and movement while protecting the heel and Achilles tendon from hyperflexion. The TPU ankle protection system features a biomechanical link that mitigates torsional forces, safeguarding the leg from potential injuries.
Designed for comfort, the redesigned instep and Achilles accordion flex zones provide superior support and flexibility. The one-piece injected dual compound foot shell includes a co-injected hard toe protector and integrated steel shank, ensuring high resistance to abrasion and impact while streamlining the boot's profile.
An extended microfiber gaiter prevents excessive water and dirt entry, while the internal 3D lining features anti-slide microfiber suede on the heel to keep the foot securely in place. Soft foam reinforcements on the ankles and collar enhance comfort and shock absorption, and the dual compound, removable anatomic footbed with EVA and Lycra top ensures even weight distribution and reinforced heel support.
