1.1. High precision cutting
Thanks to latest generation lasers, it is possible to obtain a high degree of precision and purity, completely eliminating production burrs. These can cause various elements (oil, water, compression gas) to infiltrate compromising engine operations.
2.2. Alignment of reliefs
This solution increases the elasticity of the gasket during operation, guaranteeing excellent grip over time, even in extreme conditions. On the contrary, a misalignment of the reeds would cause an immediate flattening of the gasket, eliminating the function of elastic memory and the consequent loss of compression.
