Introducing the WEGO III Wide-Band Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor System, a comprehensive solution designed for precise air/fuel ratio (AFR) monitoring in motorcycles and small engine applications. This system includes a WEGO III interface, a 42" harness, a Bosch LSU 4.2 five-wire wide-band oxygen sensor, and an 18x1.5mm weld nut for easy sensor mounting on your exhaust pipe.
The included data logging software, compatible with Windows ME/XP/Vista, allows you to track AFR, engine RPM, and other analog sensor data with customizable scaling. You can log over two hours of data, which can be exported to Excel for in-depth analysis. The system features a spare 0-5V analog input for additional sensors, such as throttle position or manifold pressure.
Designed for versatility, the WEGO III operates within a wide voltage range of 11-16V, making it suitable for battery-powered small engines and race vehicles without alternators, with a current drain of approximately 1 amp. Its waterproof, ultra-bright blue LED display is easily readable in daylight and automatically dims in low-light conditions, ensuring visibility in all environments.
With an impressive accuracy of less than +/-0.10 AFR error across a range of 10.3-19.5 AFR, the WEGO III also features a straightforward free-air calibration procedure to compensate for sensor aging.
