Our products are manufactured to stringent specifications, ensuring optimal materials, precise dimension tolerances, and superior hardness and surface finish.
Each bearing is filled with heavy-duty marine-grade grease, enhanced with special complex thickeners for exceptional waterproofing capabilities. The nitrile butadiene rubber double-lip oil seals effectively block abrasives, corrosive moisture, and other harmful contaminants from infiltrating the bearings. To further enhance moisture resistance, we've increased the grease filling from 30% to an impressive 60%, making these bearings ideal for harsh conditions.
Additionally, the innovative v-groove design on the inner race significantly improves resistance to water intrusion, providing unparalleled rust and corrosion protection.
