Introducing the Michelin® Bib Mousse, a revolutionary solution specifically designed for off-road competition use, ideal for speeds up to 80 mph (130 km/h). This innovative product replaces conventional inner tubes, providing a consistent pressure equivalent to approximately 13 psi (0.9 bar) while being lighter than a UHD inner tube. Crafted from a multi-cellular butyl material, the Bib Mousse is engineered to fit perfectly within select Michelin off-road tires, including the StarCross HP4, StarCross MS3, StarCross MH3, S12 XC, M12 XC, and Desert Race.
Please note that the Bib Mousse is not suitable for on-road use and should only be installed with Michelin tires to avoid handling instability and potential damage. Each Bib Mousse comes with a tube of Bib Mousse Fitting Gel, and it is crucial to follow the provided installation instructions for optimal performance.
Designed for Cross Country, Rally, Enduro, and Motocross applications, the Michelin® Bib Mousse offers a reliable solution to punctures and pinch flats, ensuring a smoother ride on rugged terrains. However, it is important to be aware that the lifespan of the Bib Mousse is up to six months from the date of installation, which may be reduced with intensive use. For best results, always use Michelin gel during installation to enhance durability.
