The bearing seals feature a double-lipped rubber design that excels in excluding water, dirt, and sand, while also enhancing grease retention for optimal performance. Each seal is constructed from type TC nitrile elastomer, providing exceptional durability and protection against the elements. A steel garter spring is incorporated to maintain constant pressure on the axle shaft, significantly extending the lifespan of the seals.
Packed with Chevron SR1-2 high-performance grease, our seals are fortified with rust and oxidation inhibitors, ensuring long-lasting protection and smooth operation. The rubber-coated outside diameter of the seals creates an optimal seal at the hub, further enhancing their effectiveness.
