Introducing the Slim REV3™ Throttle Housing, designed for optimal performance and customization on your motorcycle. This innovative throttle system enhances lever clearance and allows for precise adjustment of the throttle housing position, ensuring a comfortable and tailored riding experience.
The REV3™ features a unique reel changing system that lets you adjust the throttle rate to match your riding style and conditions. With five different reels included, you can easily switch between smaller reels for a slower throttle response and larger reels for a quicker response. The included cam reel offers a progressive throttle response, catering to the preferences of various riders.
Built for durability and reliability, the throttle housing includes a cable boot that protects against dirt and dust, ensuring smooth operation. The improved throttle stop enhances strength, while snap-together elbows simplify the installation and reel changes. The REV3™ off-road kits are compatible with Motion Pro DirtControl™ V2 Lock-On grips and ODI Lock-On grips, making it a versatile choice for your setup.
Installation is straightforward, thanks to the billet aluminum inline cable adjusters and the use of 6 mm housing in the upper section for solid support. The lower section features a 5 mm housing with a PTFE liner, reducing friction and increasing routing flexibility while keeping the overall weight light.
Please note that while the REV3™ throttle is designed for specific models, it is not model-specific, which may require adjustments during installation. Users may need to reposition other control components, shorten the throttle tube and grip, or install aftermarket handlebars to achieve the best fit. It is crucial to have the installation performed by a qualified mechanic to ensure safety and proper function, as improper installation could lead to serious injury.
