Introducing the TITAX wheels, engineered with cutting-edge MotoGP and Moto2 technology, and officially selected by IAMT for their racing projects. These wheels are meticulously crafted from a single solid piece of high-grade aerospace aluminum, utilizing a multi-step manufacturing process that includes high-pressure forging at 30,000 tons. This process enhances the grain structure, resulting in the strongest and stiffest finished product available.
Each wheel is precision-machined using Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) milling machines, ensuring that all bearing surfaces are perfectly true. The TITAX wheel kit comes complete with bearings, bushings, and spacers, and is designed to accommodate OEM brake discs for seamless integration.
The rear wheel starts with a robust 25 kg piece of forged aluminum, while the front begins with 15 kg. After the manufacturing process, the rear wheel weighs as little as 4.6 kg (fully equipped Moto2 Type 1.01), and the front wheel weighs only 2.75 kg. This results in a significant weight saving of 3.8 to 7.2 kg compared to OEM wheels, depending on the model. The static load capacity is impressive, with the front wheel supporting up to 295 kg and the rear wheel up to 375 kg.
Please note that these wheels require a special sprocket, as they are not compatible with the original sprocket carrier or sprocket. Compatible sprockets include Sunstar 525 and 520 options, with various tooth counts available for customization.
